1- PAYMENT METHOD:I only accept USD via Paypal as a payment method, 50% in advance when accepting a commission and the remaining 50% upon completion. DO NOT SEND ME ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT WITHOUT A REQUEST BY ME THROUGH A PAYPAL INVOICE. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION BEFORE THE FIRST PAYMENT, PROVIDED THAT I HAVE REQUESTED IT THROUGH A PAYPAL INVOICE. NO REFUNDS.2- COPYRIGHT OF THE IMAGES:2a- For Personal use: I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.2b- For Commercial use: A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

My time zone is UTC-3, and I am available from 08:00 to 12:00 in the morning, and from 16:00 to 20:00 in the afternoon. At those times I answer DMs.3c- I am a very communicative artist and that means that I will ask the client for as many references as he deems necessary to design and produce an artwork that meets his needs, these references can be images and written descriptions. The updates of the work in progress or WIP will be sent to the client every 2 days or at the end of each work day, if the client so requires and these WIP images will always carry a watermark and will be in low resolution, without exceptions.3- WORK FLOW:Any change in the design must be requested during the sketch stage, once the sketch is approved by client additional changes will cost extra. In the event that the commission is in color, changes may be requested ONLY in relation to color. The complexity of the background (or lack thereof) must be discussed and specified before the sketch stage and changes to the background will be made under the same rules as changes to the figure(s).4- CONDITIONS FOR REPOSTING:4a- The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Artstation or DeviantArt page) and my signature remains intact, unaltered and readable.4b- I, the artist, have the right to share the artwork on my social networks and portfolio, and I will ask for the client's permission only in the following cases:
-If the commission involves the portrait of a real physical person.
- if the commission is NSFW (in this case it will be published censored)
In any situation in which I share the artwork made, the client has the right to be tagged if they wish.
